Ho, ho, ho! The Holiday Party is off to a full swing! Everything’s so decorative and pretty.. How can you not be in a Christmasy mood?
Okay, so I thought I’d do something different for this update. I’ll turn it into a poem! Ready? Here we go!
♫ When I stepped out of my igloo, my eyes grew wide. The Holiday Party had started, what a surprise! All around me were lights, decorations and snow. There were so many directions for me to go!
I headed first to the Dock, where penguins were skating about, and saw a pin near the water. No, it wasn’t a trout.
After picking it up, I decided to explore, so I visited the Dance Lounge, where Santa’s “elves” were running the “store”. There was an entrance and sign that said, Santa Sled, Win a Prize!, so I went in to find out his giant sled’s size!
Suddenly I was on Santa’s Sled with many other people! “Push the red button to drop the presents into the chimney!” One said. “Oh, and don’t forget the steeple!” (Couldn’t think of another rhyme)
I pushed the “Fly” button and we flew into the air. Over every chimney dropped the presents filled with love and care.
After I had delivered 15 presents in all, a gift popped up! No, it wasn’t a doll! It was a Santa bag, filled with little toys and trinkets. Now I can be Santa Claus for Christmas!
I decided then to head for the Beach. I heard Rockhopper had returned and there was a coin goal to reach. Down in the Ship’s Hold he had brought some rare things. When I bought one of each, my coins went, cha-ching!
I checked out Rockhopper’s To-Do list. Boy, does he sure have the Christmas Spirit! (Doesn’t really rhyme, I know)
I played Treasure Hunt for a little before, I went to the Lighthouse, where there were coins GALORE! Coins, coins, as far as the eye could see! Seeing that many coins gave me much glee!
However, even more coins were needed. For Club Penguin’s goal, was even higher then ever believed! Up to the top, the Beacon all the way! Let’s help Club Penguin reach their goal today!
Right after I saw their goal, I headed to the Beach with enough coins to fill a bowl!
I had three choices of which I could pick, but I couldn’t just pick one, that would just make me sick!
From 100, 500, 800, and 5000 I could choose, how many coins to each cause, I was willing to loose. But all were important, so I gave quite a lot. Enough to fill up quite a lot of pots!
Finally, there was a secret path in the Plaza and Town! And guess what? A huge Christmas tree was found!
Snowballs I threw were magically turned into decorations, which I threw on the tree, making a whole new creation!
Finally this rhyme has come to an end, now all that is left, is the big postcard send! (I send my friends Christmas postcards)
Thank you for reading, thanks for your time! I hope you liked my little rhyme! ♫
Note: It wasn’t my best rhyme, but I tried my best. 🙂
If you’re a member, head on over to the Ski Village to start the exploration of the mountain!
You’ll be taken to the base of the mountain, where you can buy some new gear for your trip, as well as pick up a free trek hat!
When you’re all prepared, head into the first cavern!
Here you have to move all the jagged “teeth” out of your way to continue. From what I’ve seen, many people are saying that this part is hard. Personally, I don’t think so. Once you know the pattern (3), it’s pretty easy. But, if you don’t get what I mean, then just randomly click.
If you manage to make it past the puzzle, you should receive a stamp, which is one of two you can collect today.
Halfway there! You can take a rest at the outpost if you’d like. Brr it’s chilly!
In the next room, there’s a secret passage hidden behind a big ice rock. You might want to check it out before you go on. 😉
Whoa! Check it out!! A secret room! :O (Here’s something interesting. Put on the Tour Guide hat and give a tour. You’ll be surprised at what it says 😉 *coughmaybeayeticough*
When you want to get on with the next puzzle, follow the picture below for what you need to click and in what order.
After you click the leaf, sweep it back and forth until the ax is uncovered. Then use it to hack the tree. Throw snowballs at the icicles after the log falls, and you have a bridge!
CONGRATULATIONS! You’ve reached the top of the mountain! Fascinating view, no? You can pick up a free red flag from the box!
If you’re not wearing anything, you can do a cool move with the flag!
Also, click on the camera and wait for it to flash to get a background of the mountain!
There’s plenty more that you can do, like help rescue lost penguins, solve puzzles, or evens serve hot coffee to the climbers! Let me know if you find any more secrets and until next time,
Climb on and discover new adventures!
Howdy everyone! One of the biggest parties of the year is back! Read below for all you need to know about this year’s Music Jam!
There’s a new login page about the all access pass for members!
…And the homepage is all decorated up! LOL, look at the balloons in the background.
Okay! After exploring the island a bit, you can head over to the Cove for a pair or free blue headphones! If you remember correctly, last year it was a pair of green headphones.
If you’re a member in need of a backstage pass or some snazzy old-time music shirts, head to either the Snow Forts or Ski Village to find the stands they are sold at.
The access pass exclusively for members changes every year, but it’s only 50 coins. Once you have the pass, you can party in several more places!
Once you have the pass, you can go backstage, up to the rooftop, and to the Case Fiesta in the Ski Village!
In the Case Fiesta, if you throw a snowball, it’ll throw confetti instead! Whoo party!
Once you’re backstage, you can pick up the free red shirt that the newspaper was talking about.
There’s a music truck full of instruments. Here are the current available instruments. More will be coming next week.
If you wear only the red shirt with any kind of guitar, you can play the guitar with it! 😀
If you want to be able to break dance, the rooftop has the boomboxes waiting for you! 😉
The Penguin Band is stationed at the Ice Berg! Unfortunately, you won’t be able to get their autographs until they head out for a break from jamming. 🙂
Finally, if you want to have a little fun away from the rocking parties, there’s a mini game down in the mine. 😉
What do you think of this year’s Music Jam? Is it better or worse, or the same as the others? 😀
Rockhopper has returned! Although I have not spotted him n the island yet, I do know he’s hanging out somewhere. In the meanwhile, we can take a look at what he’s brought! Head down to the Ship Hold on the Migrator to see his rare items!
Aww! The Squid Lid is SOO cute! I wonder where he picked it up!
Head to the Captain’s Quarters if you want to play Treasure Hunt, or simply to check out his notice board!
Cool huh? I’ll be sure to let you know if I find Rockhopper hanging around, but until next time,
Waddle on and find Rockhopper!
