Ice Rink Returns + Reviewed By You

The Ice Rink is back! Just in time for the holidays!

Is anyone planning on having a big game of Ice Hockey?

There’s also a new post from the Club Penguin Team. Another Reviewed By You!

Hello Penguins!

We received so many great responses
last week! We asked what you’re doing to celebrate the holidays at home,
and many of you told us about your traditions. With so many penguins
around the world, we got lots of different answers. Here are just a few
that you shared:

my own home, in Christmas, My whole family has a Christmas dinner. And
we invite all of our friends and relatives. We are from Australia so we
have an aussie BBQ, salad, ice cream and other stuff that is Summer
food. Christmas is my favourite time of the year!

my mom is cathalic and my dad is jewish, I celebrate both Hanukkah and
Christmas. For Hanukkah, we light the monorah candles, get presents, and
eat matzaballs for dinner. For Christmas, we open up the presents from
Santa and my parents in the morning. When thats over, we all eat
breakfast and watch the Christmas parade at Disney World in Orlando,
Florida. Then we go to my grandma and grandpa’s house where we see our
whole family, and get more presents!!!!! Later at night, we all have a
big feast (all homemade by grandma, the best cook ever) and get to catch
up with each other. I love the holidays. I’M SO LUCKY!!!!!!!!!!! WADDLE
ON CP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

have a party with all of my closest family for the holidays. Other than
that, I donate to the poor, just like on CP! In my school, we have
baskets to put money and presents in. They soon give them to a local
homeless shelter to spread some Christmas cheer! Waddle on CP and Happy
holidays!
Thanks everyone! One of Club Penguin’s biggest holiday traditions is Coins For Change, so this week we want to know – which Coins For Change cause did you donate to and why?
Write
your Reviewed By You answer as a comment. We’ll post one (50 – 75
words, please) in next week’s Reviewed By You. If your submission is
chosen to be the feature comment on next week’s blog, we’ll add 10 000
coins to your penguin account. Don’t forget to use your penguin name so
we can add coins!

I donated to all the causes, but mainly the medical help, because I believe that is the most important. Helping people survive by curing their sicknesses and keeping them well is crucial. 🙂

Happy Holidays!

Reviewed By You: Holiday Igloo Items?

Hey there everyone! It’s a Reviewed By You post from the Community Blog!

Last week we asked you about mini-games and Rolo 23 said:

i would make a game called do – it – yourself and i would put it in the igloos. you can design your own furniture item, and there would be judges. when you have fineshed your item, it would be shown to the judges. if they scored you over 50 points, you get to keep the item for free and it would be put in your inventory! if your score is under 50, you wouldn’t get to keep it. there would be loads of designs to make! waddle on cp!ig.png

Rolo 23’s reply got me thinking – what new igloo items would help you decorate for the holidays?

A Christmas tree igloo would be cool! Like the igloo part is the inside of the tree!

Reviewed By You: What Are You Looking Forward to at the Fall Fair?

Last week we asked for submissions to our Art for Haiti competition. Thanks to your generosity, a new school is going to make a BIG difference in the community of Haiti. We asked what you’ve done to help others in your own community and Reenabean98 said:

I love to help make a difference. My favorite way to help is by growing my hair! When my hair is 10 inches longs, I braid it and send it to Locks of Love, and they make it into a wig for people with cancer. It gives me a new look and I feel great that I did something good for someone else!

It’s so amazing to hear about everything you guys do to help out. Be sure to check back tomorrow to vote on the Top 4 Art for Haiti pictures!!

Hey everyone, here’s another Reviewed by You from the Community Blog!
Hello Penguins!
It’s that time of the week when you send us your reviews. Last week we asked about your favorite kind of igloo to decorate. bluetrue2006 said:
My favorite igloo is the igloo with a yard! Where else would I put all my plants? It looks great and is fun. I use it for a beautiful garden, or sometimes an outdoor party. I think it is the best igloo! Me and my buddies love to hang out in my garden and look at all the flowers around us. Thanks for making it CP!! Waddle On!! 🙂
